Ahh, well now that I am freshly...refreshed from a good nite's sleep, i think it's time to tell of my day in NYC

As usualy, my alarm didn't go off so dana ended up waking me up at 7:30 telling me to get dressed right now. Our train was coming at 8:20. We had almost no hope that we were going to make it. Yet miraculously we got there....actually we got there early so we definitely rock for that. We got on the train at Mahwah and headed towards our transfer spot, Seacaucus. There, we got on a train towards Penn Station which meant NYC.

At penn station we decided we'd be taking the subway to get to the spa so, since it wasn't even ten yet and our appt was at 11 we got some breakfast. I got a blueberry muffin and some vanilla flavored coffee which were both really good. I didn't expect it to be cuz it was just outta some deli place in penn station, but it was really great.

I guess around 10:15ish we left to take the subway. We deced to get the all day fun pass metro card cuz it was only 7 bucks and we were probably gonna take the subway to canal street later. So we got that and then headed onto our first ride to 86th street. We looked like such newbies cuz we were standing and every time the train moved we flew back into each other. lol but we did have fun trying to mock the "please stand clear of the closing doors!" 'bee' 'boo' (that was the bell lol) so then we got down to 86th street, which then we got on another train to lexington ave, which is where the spa was. When we got there, we started getting a little nervous cuz it did not look like there was going to be any spa on this street. We thought of all the worst things, that it was some guys apartment, that it didn't exist, that it was gonna be in an ally somewhere....but then we finally saw it. At first we thought it was the door that had bars on it, but then we realized it was the one next door to it, which wasn't as scary looking.

We walked inside to what was a very small, but long, place. It was kinda middle-eastern looking. Nicole thinks the women running it were jewish...hehe. I think they were just like i dunno, not indian but they had a very thick accent. Like russian? i dunno what it was. But yeah they did try screwing us over a bit but we're smarter than that. Like first the lady tried telling us we had different appointments from 11-2, but then devon whipped out her paper saying that NO it was 2 at 11 and 2 at 12. She agreed, even tho i think this all meant nothing in the end cuz we were kinda of all going one after another...like dev got her pedicure, then dana got her pedicure while dev got her hair washed, then dana got her hair washed, then dev got her hair cut, then i got my hair washed, then colie got her hair washed, then i got my manicure, then my hair was cut, and colie got her manicure....like i dunno it was weird, like i think we left around 3ish or 4 anyway...it was all because this one girl did like everything for us. I felt so bad for her. She was calling the other two ladies that worked there stupid.

Those ladies were tho. I mean, this one girl is doing our pedi/mani cures, washing our hair, waxing our eyebrows and lips...i mean that was pretty much everything we had done to us and she did it all. The one woman that gave us the hard time in the first place, all she did was cut our hair and try to convince us to pay 95 bucks for highlights. no thankya. Even tho she did bring the price down to 65, we still didn't want it. Then when the manager came in, all she did was her own hair. I think the only work she did for us was that she started to dry my hair, but then some ppl came in and she handed it off to the highlites lady.

When we finally left, we decided to get some lunch, so we went to the McDonalds down the street. Then we took the subway again to Canal street, which is basically Chinatown. It was kinda cool being down there. All the ppl basically sold the same bags and jewelry, but the tricky part was trying to find the nicest stuff for the cheapest amount. I only bought these faux chanel earrings for my mom cuz they were 5 bucks and i thought they were really pretty. Either way, it was still just a crazy part of town, and if i had more money i probably would have bought a bag or some earrings. Yet, i started the day w/ 60 and i came home w/ 5 bucks in my pocket.

So after canal street, we took the subway back to Penn St. What was cool was when we came out of the subway, and onto the street, we were looking right at the empire state building. It was really awesome. But then we went into penn station and waited around till our train came at 7:18. The train was packed and we had to stand going to Seacaucus. The good thing was is that i think it was only about 5-10 min going there. When we made our transfer, dana was standing outside, but me, dev and colie were standing inside. Then we see Dana running towards someone, so we go outside and see that Sami (our friend from 303) was there! We knew she had gone to the city w/ two of her friends but we never caught up w/ her. So on the train ride home we sat in the last car all togther and talked about our days in the city.

So here are some scary/funny things i left out...
On one of the subway rides there was this balding red hair guy sitting behind us as we all clung to one poll. I don't know what we were saying that was so funny but he kept laughing to himself at us, and then nicole thinks he kept looking at us and giving us eyes...ick

On that same ride, colie saw another old balding guy pick his nose. I'm glad i missed that lol

There is this one escalater that must have been like 40 feet high. i dunno if that expresses tallnes, but it was really tall and steep. We took a picture of it so if you go to dana's pics you'll probably see it soon enough.

We got kicked out of one of the little shops on canal street cuz this chinese guy thought we were stealing. Dana was just trying stuff on, and they told her she could too. She put all the stuff back so they are just asses for kicking us out like that, seeing how they steal a lot of the stuff they sell anyway.

This is turning out to be quite long isn't it. Sorry, just a little bit more to go...

When i returned to school, we stopped at the on-campus conveniant store and i got some stoffers french bread pizza. That was my dinner haha, it was quite good, you can ask erin, cuz i showed her a pic of me eating it.

I talked w/ jeff for a little while then he played age of empires w/ keith and british mike. I decided to go back to my room and eat that pizza. Then i layed in bed and watched some tv, but i was falling asleep fast. So jeff came over for a bit and i told him i was going to bed and he could come by later. So i went to bed, and i guess around 3 or 4 he came in, telling me he was drunk...haha so i'm like ok and then he left again i guess to drink more and i went back to sleep. Then it was 5 when he came into my room again saying that he had just puked twice and he felt so sick cuz he drank too much. Ay yi yi...so then he layed w/ me for a while but left again to puke some more. Right now he's asleep, i hope he doesn't feel too sick today...poor baby.

So i've just been sitting here, writing this blog cuz me, dana, dev and nicole were supposed to go to the baseball scrimmage, buuuut i think they might all be asleep still? I dunno. I don't really mind that i got up at 11 tho cuz i seriously went to bed at like 11:30 last night, was so beat. Aaaanyways. I dunno what i'll do today now. I am hungry tho...maybe i'll have another pizza :) yum!

Hola. I don't know why i wait 3 days to post. is my life really that boring that i have nothing to say for three days? yeah, probably.

Wednesday hmm i had my history of photography class w/ amy. We just die in that class cuz it's so boring, but it was funny cuz at the end we watched this artsy video of NY in the 40s, and there was this little boy in a dress doing this crazy dance and we started cracking up. And there also this little girl w/ her face pressed up against her window and she was licking it, then our professor is like, "do you know why she's doing that? It's because the windows had lead paint on them, and it tasted sweet" Oh boy. This kid was like lapping that stuff up. It was crazy...

Then i came back and hung out w/ greg^2 just kinda talking for a while, then i left cuz i had to do homework. I literally spent the rest of my day doing this homework. It was driving me crazy. I had to find a bunch of articles and critique them and it was just tedious and it took forever so w/e. At 10:30 i took an official break by going over to 305 to watch Chapelle's show. It was ok, but we've been saying WHHAAT? and OK!!! a lot. for those of you that get that haha.

Thursday I actually got up for class, even tho i didn't hear the alarm. Amy skipped her first class so she was there to wake me up. I seriously didn't hear the alarm though so that kinda scares me. After class, Greg came over to watch the OC with us. I love that show so much. We are a good watching group for it too haha.

Then i did MORE homework before my 3:30 class

I was happy but pissed cuz i spent so much time on that homework. Grr. Oh well. At least that way i had time to do my math homework, which greg s helped me w/ and afterward, me, him, greg k and josh went to dinner. I established that cheese was weird because sometimes i like it a lot and sometimes i hate it. Sorry, i know i have a lot of cheese loving friends too. I don't have anything against it really, it's just sometimes i just dislike cheese. It's a weird thang.

After math (boring class) i came back and went to see The Passion of the Christ. GREAT movie. Yes, it's bloody, but so was the actual Crucifixion and torture of Jesus. I saw this thing on TV where this guy was saying that the movie went way to far w/ blood, but i mean, Mel Gibson wasn't just making it bloody to gross people out, i think he was doing it to show how much pain Jesus went through to prove his love for us. Right before he get's lashed, he prays to God, saying that his heart is ready for whatever may come. It was definitely hard to watch some parts, but it's different than watching any other bloody gore movie where people are killed left and right just for shock value. This had a purpose, and i think people should leave Mel Gibson alone. Besides, this movie is gonna be so big, they already are saying how big it's opening day was, and the weekend isn't over yet.

Now it is Friday....I have pretty much bummed around all day.

Amy and I watched Newsies because we love that movie...haha she fell asleep at the end, but i can understand cuz she seemed pretty tired (she had just come back from work) Later, Greg s came over and he learned how to play goldminer, then i taught him how to play Fluxx and he beat me in like every game haha. That always happens, when i teach someone that game they always beat me lol. Then we watched Friends that i taped from last night which was pretty funny. Princess Consuela Banana hammock and Crap Bag. Aww. lol... friends is the best :-p one day it would be cool to have all the seasons, but i just don't have the money to do that now at least.

Then i watched the last 20 min. of jackass, i dunno why it took me so long to ever finish it, but it's such a funny/gross movie.

OK just took a break, now i'm back

so then jeff and i started to watch the mask, but he didn't feel like watching it really. So we stopped and then we went to late night w/ greg s. Greg and i are really excited for warped tour this year and it's like a little over 5 months away...talk about psyching ourselves up. hahaha

So now jeff and i watched Life w/ eddie murphy and martin lawrence. Some of it is funny i spose, but we didn't finish it yet cuz i have to wake up around 7 tomorrow cuz me, dana, nicole and devon are going to NYC tomorrow for our day at the Gisu Spa. I'm hoping all goes well. I need to go to the ATM before then too...:-/ hopefully i come back and i'll be superpretty!!! hahahaha

So wow...it's 12:45 and i'm going to bed. Craziness i tell ya. Well if you wanna be cool and call me tomorrow feel free to...just i think our appt is at 11 and i dunno when we're leaving from the city. But still call :)

sorry about the slackage...i haven't really found the time to write.
So here's the last few days...

Monday} i didn't have class till 6:30 so i slept in a little bit. I really don't remember a lot about that day tho except that we watched My big fat obnoxious fiance at 8, then at 10 was the inferno. Fiance was good, even tho it kinda copped out at the end, being all about the girls love for her family and all this other BS. The inferno was super boring, and no one earned a lot of points for the fantasy challenge.

A bunch of ppl got drunk monday nite, including jeff. A lot of drama went down that i don't even feel like talking about anymore. Greg was right when he said that when a person is drunk, they can say all the things they are too afraid to say when they are sober...and it usually isn't good. So thats just a little clue i guess to as what happened.

I then stayed up till like 5 or so in the morning doing a paper for social issues. It wasn't really a hard subject to write about, just a lot of analysis and stuff like that. It was about the movie American History X, which i once again recommend highly to everyone. What was fun was that anton and i were talking online about it, and sort of helping each other write it (not cheating tho don't worry haha) The movie was really good for a discussion like that one on one. I hated in class the next day talking about it. There were just too many people talking that were probably all thinking the same thing anyway. I still like talking about it tho, just not in a big group like that.

Tuesday, well was my social issues class that i just talked about. The other thing we did was start our group midterms. We got placed in random groups which kinda sucks, but whatcha gonna do. My group is focusing on disabilities. We came up with a lot of good, interesting ideas on how to present it. I have a good feeling about it.

After class i must have been really lazy cuz i know i have a lot of hmwk due for thursday, like always, and i still haven't started it today. What am i thinking! ehh oh well. but i did watch American Idol and Real world...ohh and one tree hill! for those of you that watch it...omg poor luke and payten. splitting up so fast. And those previews. Luke is sucha playa. haha ok enuff of that

Meli imed me this week (and probably imed others about this too) Another crew beach vacation? I think it would be fun...but i'm sure we're all tight on money. We'll have to see about that. It would be great if we could tho, last years was so awesome. :)

I instigated dennis having to get his new Screen name hahaha. Sorry, but he challanged me first to warn him, it's not my fault his boyz and other ppl got him up to 100% so fast. lol...sorry dennis, but quinces89 will always hold a special place in my heart tho haha

So thats all for now. but...re-instituting the question of the week- (sorry tho it's for the crew only...) What do you think about the crew beach vacation this summer again?

WARNING. The following post encompases two days where a lot of action happened....i thank you in advance to those of you that stick with it the whole time. Ok and now i present Friday and Saturday...

Ok i just had to read Greg's post to remember what happened friday lol

I went to lunch w/ dana, and eventually jill (her sorority sister) joined as well. When we got there, we saw pat, so we all ate lunch together, and they talked about sororities and frats and i listened. lol. Sororities have come up a lot this weekend...but more on that later.

Dana and i then picked up nicole and we went to the tanning salon. I didn't go tanning, but just came for the ride really. I would like to go tanning sometime cuz i hate being so pale in the winter but i dunno, i'll see what happens.

At 8, me, jeff, meredith and big jim went to friends hall to support dana in the "bid and bash" It's basically guys and girls going up for auction for a date w/ them i spose. We were pissed at first cuz it was sposed to start at 8 and it didn't really start till 8:45. Rah. oh well. It was sorta fun i guess, and dana went for i think $45 in the end. The four of us left right after cuz they were starving and wanted to eat, and i didn't care to see anyone but dana lol.

So we got back and i called my friend jason (better known to me as john lennon, cuz he looks like him) He really wanted to get some italian food, and i can't turn that down so we went to a restaurant that i think was called pastarinos. I got the chicken parm and it was awesome! Then we went to this little coffee shop nearby called bean towne and i got a vanilla chai, which was also really good. It was very nice to get away from the abomination they call food down at birch.

When i got back i decided (even though i really loved that chicken) to give my left overs to jeff, cuz he hadn't eaten all night and i didn't want to go to late night. I got an extra bite of the chicken tho and some of the spaghetti :) Mmmm!
I also talked to greg a bit and he saw Eurotrip, which he said was actually really good and very funny. Then me and jeff watched a few episodes of clerks: the animated series, which is a very funny show. if you liked clerks, you'd love the animated series too.

then, even tho i was tired, i watched an episode of undergrads w/ greg and went to sleep shortly after.

End Part 1. Enter Part 2. Saturday

Saturday started out slow...i took a shower late in the day, even tho i spent the morning going back and forth w/ dana cuz she went to the store to get stuff for nicoles surprise party. I helped her bring the stuff into 303 and then finally took my shower.

Amy and i sorta watched big fish as i ate like a pig, some easy mac and ramen soup. Jeff came over for a bit and we laid down cuz i was so tired for some reason and i didn't want to be tired for the night ahead.

At 8:00 me, amy, dana, nicole, meredith, and from 303, sammy, jess and jen went to fridays for a birthday dinner. I got a Chicken LT (no bacon haha) That was really good. I forgot how good fridays fries are too. Yum! then i, unfortunately didn't get dessert cuz i was actually pretty full and the ppl that even ordered the brownie sundae's had to wait longer cuz i dunno, something about how Jill (our waitress) couldn't get them. i dunno. i didn't really care tho. At the end of dinner, dana's friend Kim from home joined us too, and she came back to Pine w/ us.

so we came back and found that the boys had done a very nice job decorating the suite for Nicole. I give them mad props, yo. hehe. No really, very nice job boys. Finally nicole came in and we all yelled surprise and she was surprised but said she kinda figured something was going on, so oh well :(. But it was fun afterwards anway.

All the girls had chipped in for drinks for the night, so i had two of these welches fruit juices mixed w/ vodka which were pretty tasty. Then....oh no i get sick just thinking about it, but two shots of tequila. holy crap i was sweating after those. Some ppl had up to 4 or 5 shots of it. I dunno how they did it, cuz seriously, right now, i'm sick just thinking about it. And yes, to quote me:

"I hate the tequila!

haha whatever. it was funny then.

k i just took a long break.

Greg told me he also thought it was funny that i told him i was sorry i couldn't watch undergrads w/ him while i was laying on my bed after i just puked hahaha.

Oh yeah, so at one point in the nite, ppl from 401 came down to visit amy and they had to go up to their room to get some more stuff, so i thought i could go w/ them and give anton a visit. We went up there and i said hi. Becky was sleeping so i felt bad that i came in and a bunch of ppl were talking outside the suite. I told her i was sorry tho...Anyway, anton and i just kinda talked. About bands and other stuff. He gave me a sticker but i left it in the bathroom because i went to the bathroom, and when i came out, amy was there and told me security was in the room. So i left the sticker and my sprite bottle in there, but i got the sprite later, i just forgot the sticker, sorry! i liked that sticker too. A little later, jeff came up to 401 to get me and then we went back to my room.

Later on we sang nicole happy birthday, fridays style, i went straight to bed after. one may say i passed out, but i was in my bed and was falling asleep anyway, so i went to bed :-p

i woke up at 9 this morning, feeling sick still, so i took care of that, and felt better and went backk to bed. I got up at 2 and i've been fine the rest of the day.

hmm so thursday...first thing i did was miss my fund. of mass communication class cuz i'm stupid and overslept. I have a problem w/ telling AM from PM on my alarm. So i set my alarm for 8:50 pm instead of AM. I woke up at 11 for my class at 10. I decided it wasn't worth it to try to go, plus they ended up gettin out an hour early so when Amy came back at 11:30 we went straight to lunch for the Chicken Caesar salad....they only do this like once a semester and it's sooo goood. We both had two plates cuz we had to cherish it lol. Maybe we'll luck out and they'll do it again. Or maybe i can write one of those comments on the bored there requesting more CCS days. ok next.

Amy, greg and I watched the OC that we taped. It's so awesome that greg likes the show lol! The OC rocks. I don't care if you call it a soap opera or w/e. it's so awesome!

Then i had class at 3:30. Once again- i hate writing for the media. the prof is good but i don't like the ppl and the paper she made us write last week was just hard and it took me like 5 hours to write and it was only 2 pages so i don't get it. But i ended up reading mine in class, she liked it but i have to add some more quotes, just like 2 though.

Then i had math where we had a sub and watched "Fractals: The colors of infinity" What a trippy movie. You know those color circles that were all psychedelic from the 60's? This movie was filled with them. Yes, they are fractals, but that was all they showed. And all this jimi hendrix style music was in the back. If you ever needed to smoke a blunt to understand something, this was the time.

So after that atrocity, i came back to the dorm and watchedc friends, then after procrastinating for forever, me, greg, greg, meredith and eventually susan and josh played cranium. Boys against girls. The guys kicked our ass...even tho greg couldn't spell mississippi.
Greg S: That's so easy! M-I-S-S-I-S-S-S-I-P-P...wait...
lol...but he did finally get it right, good thing, or we woulda had to send him back to the third grade...haha

Then me, greg^2 and josh played catch phrase where some more stupid things were said. i'm sure you can find them all in greg k.s subprofile of greg s.'s blog cuz i don't feel like writing them all.

then me and greg s watched some undergrads and just talked for a while. He is a good friend to talk to about w/e. Then amy came back and we just chatted for a while and then i went over to 305 to go to sleep in jeffs room.

I'll save what i did friday till later when i'm bored and feel like posting. It hasn't really been much tho i can tell you that. But i can tell you that i know my calculus and it says you + me = us.

Tuesday i had social issues and we watched American History X. This movie gets better every time. If you haven't seen it yet you are missing out...one day i'm gonna buy that movie! haha...but yeah thats all we did in that class so it rocked.

I came back and I just wasted my time doing nothing much. I think i tried to do homework but got distracted w/ things on the internet and w/e. I know that we got some dominoes and then me, greg, greg and bix played loaded questions. It was pretty funny as i knew it would be. Then i took forever getting ready, but greg and i watched our episode of undergrads and went to bed cuz it was really late.

This morning i wasn't tired even tho i had only 6 hrs of sleep. When i got to class however, i was TIRED. Out professor is sooo boring. He turns the lights off, and monotonely reads straight off a paper with a slide show for an hour. it's sick. Then we get our break and things are ok but then he keeps us there the whole time so that sucks. Either way when i got out of class i was majorly tired

so what do i do?

Homework. For four hours. One paper, two pages long. Usually this is a piece of cake. But i had no idea what i was writing about. It's about this dictator in liberia....he's not even in power anymore. I picked like the worst guy. What made it worse was Anton was screaming and he and his roomies were bouncing a basketball...i couldn't concentrate at all. (to explain that, it's cuz he lives right upstairs and the walls are paper thin all the way around) But i'll forgive them....this time. haha jk

Around 6:30 i went to the Gospel Night at J.Lee's. It was actually really good. The gospel choir is awesome, It's really upbeat and full of good singers. Then there were some solo acts which were all really good. The best was that i got free food and didn't have to eat birch all day. :) And i'm still full so no late nite either!

So i got back and watched chapelle show. Everyone was drinking jungle juice...jeff has drank a lot. He's not usually a drinker so when he gets like this it's a little scary...but funny too i guess haha. I think he'll be ok. Hopefully he won't feel it too much in the morning. Anyways I am still really tired so i'll probably just watch undergrads and then go to bed. maybe hang out for a little while since i just walked away from this 3 times since i wrote that. later

Today i finally got my valentines day gift from my parents thru the catering service. they've had it since thursday and all they do is leave messages on my phone...when do i ever check my school voicemail? my mom called this morning to tell me about it. It was cute what i got tho. it comes with a balloon that says happy valentines day and a bag w/ a little teddy bear, whitmans samplers and some conversation hearts. my parents are the bestest!

Umm hmm. i did laundry today. and homework. soooo booya! haha i dunno. I also went to IVCF where the topic today, dating and relationships i found to be very informative and inspiring. I like the topics they cover in there. Plus the whole group are some of the nicest people i've met on campus yet. IVCF rocks! Then i went to dinner with some of the girls from it, where i had a really good sandwich. lol...that was amazing cuz birch sandwiches usually suck.

So gregs friend Kyle came up tonight. Even tho i wasn't here the last time he came, i have to believe he has had more fun tonight than last time. Tonight, most of our floor was (well, still is) drunk and making fools of themselves. so everyone was around to make him feel pretty welcome, even tho he seems pretty comfortable to begin with ("hi, I'm black!" lol)

The chocolate milk here is so good. i can't believe tonight was the first time i've tried it. I shoulda been all over that shit! haha

well i'm gonna go to bed soon i spose. But first, undergrads! haha of course! it sucks there aren't more episodes :(

K i gotta make this quick cuz i'm about to continue my nightly tradition of watching undergrads with greg. I swear that's the best part of my day cuz that show is so freaking awesome. Plus Greg is cool too...haha :-D

Today i woke up around one..i did pretty much nothing all day. I got lunch w/ greg where i found out he has never eaten a lot of things. i thought viv was bad w/ her jellybean thing...but greg surpasses her. I mean, this boy has never had soup, salad, bananas, lemonade, peaches...the list goes on. I tried to get him to try some things at lunch but it wasn't happening. I don't think i'll force him though cuz i don't think it's out of fear or anything. i dunno, but maybe i can get him to eat at least one of those things by the end of the semester.

We then came back and i still did nothing, i hung out with jeff in his room and we took a nap for a little while cuz we were all up so late last night. It was a nice lil nap i think.

At 6 i went to dinner w/ jeff, greg and meredith. Two meals at birch is just too much. i had a burger which was gross but the fries were good. Then jeff, greg and i watched some simpsons and then greg and i watched better off dead cuz this one station won't stop playing it. at least it's a good movie tho.

Tonight greg was the best person ever cuz he brought me to wendy's where i ended up getting the best food of the day there. It is so friggen cold out there tho. we were numb by the time we got back to school. OH NO i forgot. holy crap i died of laughter today. go to my link of ryans pics....then the last album "Josh and A-Rod mania" the last picture is a comparison. There is this ad of this kid holding up alcohol and wearing a helmet and it says "drink safe" or something. woah i totally missed last night. i thought i wrote oh well.

So friday is great cuz i have no classes. So i basically woke up late and then went out job hunting w/ jeff. i didn't look really, just jeff. he got applications to places like borders, the video place and more. then we got back just in time for dinner w/ greg, josh and amanda.

We then came back to pine and i know that we ended up going over to 302 where ppl were drinking and hanging out. I didn't drink anything. I just like to hear josh's quotes. "Yo...it woulda been hot if that shit went down!" lol he's special. Later we went back to 305 for some homerun showdown where i was totally embarrassed. ugh. i can't discuss it. We then went back to 302 where everyone had left but we heard were in 103...so we headed back down there. Greg and i met this girl eileen. About 20 times. lol she was funny, but a nice girl. very drunk. oh yes, our good friend 'drunk' was there too. lol...

So then pat and i wanted to go to late night so we went w/ greg. We totally lucked out too cuz when we came back (literally seconds after we came back) an RA walked in and busted everyone (even tho it was really some kids fault who walked out the door with alcohol in his hand) So a lot of kids jumped out the window, but others like Ricky, mark, josh and others aren't sure if they will be getting either a strike or a warning. I'm just very thankful for mine and pat's stomachs.

the rest of the night we were just chillen. greg and i weren't really tired yet so we decided to watch an episode of undergrads...seriously, it's such a great show. "hey guy!" "a kiss on the cheek from kimmy is better than sleeping with a thousand other girls" "even rosie o'donnell?" lol i love cal. and the dougler. THE DOUGLER. ok sorry this makes no sense to anyone but greg probably...oh well, maybe you should be watching undergrads! After that greg and i just chilled and talked for the longest time. it was like 5 when we finally went to bed cuz greg was falling asleep every 10 seconds. Either way it was fun and greg is the the coolest spapanese speaker in the world! lol

VALENTINES DAY
it was good. i woke up around 1:30. finally was ready at like...lol i dunno 3:30/4? i dunno. Jeff and i exchanged our gifts. he got me a box of chocolates (and yes a carnation too...) then greg and i went to paramus park mall and went into pacsun where i got 2 belts and 3 pairs of socks for about 20 bucks total. Go me! then off to suncoast video, where we passed our geeky friend lol but he wasn't working today...darn! Anyways greg got grumpy old men, grumpier old men, mickey blue eyes and can't hardley wait. I got A walk to remember (yes viv, i love that movie thanks to you haha) and i am sam. i never saw it but it came in a double pack so i thought why not. i haven't watched it yet but i'm sure i will sometime this week.

We came back and jeff and i made reservations at applebees. we almost got a little lost but we made it there fine. we had a little bit of a wait so we went into best buy for the time being. Then we came back and the food was great. i got the fried chicken salad, and then for appetizers those pizza sticks...they were rocking!

We then came back and jeff and i watched A walk to remember...I LOVE THAT MOVIE! haha, i don't care what you say, i cry everytime. :)

Ok well now i'm off to do fun fun things. goodnite to all you ppl that go to bed now.

So lets start wednesday nite. I went to bible study, it was fun, cuz it was just a welcome back thing. We did our prayers then we played that game "Scene it?" it was really fun and tiffy and I won actually!

I came back to the dorm, and greg s and i ended up watching an abbott and costello movie- "hold that ghost" it was actually pretty funny. I enjoyed it, especially "is eeeeveerrybooody happy??" "ohh cha-lie..." and more...(lol me and my shadow haha) Jeff watched some of it too and he seemed to enjoy it as well :)

Afterwards i was really tired and i had to get to bed for my long day today. I got up (scaring the shit out of amy cuz she woke me up and my eyes like freaked her out or something lol i dunno) and went to my first class at 10, fund of mass media. I like that class. It's interesting and it's not a bad way to start off the day.

I then came back to my room and amy and i decided it was time to watch the OC episode we taped last night. Sooooo good. Even Greg K. came over and admitted it was not a bad show....so ha! lol Amy and I hate oliver. Don't you?

Afterwards, me, jeff, greg and bix went for lunch...i got a pretzle.

I then came back to my room AGAIN and proceeded to do my homework for writing for the media. It was hard at first, but then i took off with it and i think it came out well. ok you don't care i know...next next...

I went to class, i don't really like that class. The people in there are snotty. But i still can get along w/ them i spose. Everyone just has the most annoying opinions...i can't explain it. So yeah i like that class the least, even tho the prof is good.

At 6 i got Greg S to go to dinner w/ me cuz everyone else was gone, thanks greg! The dinner was really good tonite too so bonus!

I then went to math...uhh it went by fast so it was ok. I came back here and watched friends w/ greg s and jeff a little. Then they went to late nite and me and greg s just stayed back to chat. He's good to talk to i think for anything... so mad props to him, yo. j/j

The rest of the nite was spent in between the ping pong room, my room, and 305. Jeff and i took a little nap before...but i wasn't as tired as him for some reason. just before dana, nicole and dev came back from a nite of partying and dana was totally gone...i hope she feels better soon! I played one game of halo w/ greg, 'richie' and josh, and i kille three ppl! i think it was josh all three times. but i tied w/ ryan so...that just says how good he is. lol jk

now i'm gonna go watch some undergrads w/ greg and go to bed...no class tomorrow! woohoo! lata!

Tuesday i woke up w/ just the right amount of time for my 2:00 class, Social Issues. It's seriously such a fun class. Plus Greg and I slack off in the back of the room writing stupid notes that say Heeeeerrreee Weeee Goooooo, and "i have to take a WICKED yes!" stupid quotes, but funny stuff to us. I also found out that Mark is canadian. He likes the canuck cock too. :-p just joking.

After class greg and i strolled down to the apartments so he could get the abbot and costello movies his brother got for him. Doing this, we passed by the construction site for Phase 8, the new dorms being built for the sophomores next year...so basically for us. It sounds like it'll be really cool. Hopefully I'll get in, cuz i think it'll have the same atmosphere as pine hall, which rocked.

hmm so then i decided it was time to go out w/ my chicas so me, dana, nicole, devon and then jeff (greg and bix too but the decided not to go at the last minute boooo) and some girls from 303 went down to the village for the wine party. Oooh how fun. lets just say i didn't feel good when i came back. but at least no one took advantage of me! hahaha

This morning i had class at 10:45 til 1:15. Photo: Concepts and History. Amy is in that class w/ me and we pretty much fell asleep during it. Plus i still felt sick so i just really wanted to go back to the dorm. When class was over i layed down for a bit then greg and bix came over and brought me down to lunch. I felt better actually after eating so i was pretty much fine from then on. I then took greg to the freaky fat porn exhibit in the berry center. It is funny but really gross too. I figured he'd appreciate that. lol...just joking. Cuz now i've sealed my fate or something according to him...haha

Afterwards Greg invited me over to watch Once upon a time in mexico. Jeff and Greg ended up coming in for the last hour/ hour and half too. The movie was really good. Except for Enrique. He sucks. The best part was the chicle boy, the chihuahua, and yes, johny depp was awesome in it too.

So then jeff and i were starved so we just went down for some food...it twas good...another sandwich. Now i'm gonna do my writing for the media homework before American idol comes on and then at 9:30 i'm going to the womens bible study. Till later...

Today i just watched some tv and then had lunch w/ greg and bix. We also went to the bookstore where greg was screwed cuz both of the cashier lady's hated him. lol well sorta. but i still laughed. Then we went back to 305 and after napping w/ jeff for a little while i had the 305 boys, greg, greg and bix help me with my math homework cuz i'm def. dumb in that subject. so thankya boys for helping me w/ that.

basicallly i've been hanging out there and here (my room) waiting for my class at 6:30 to start. not that i'm anxious but there's nothing else to really do.

well, meredith is in the shower, then amy is taking a shower so i have a little while before i can take mine. sooo in the mean time, let me report on the past 24 hours.

I had to beat jeff and greg to wake up at 3:30 yesterday...thats pathetic i know but they were quite stubborn about it. I finally got them up around 4 and by the time they were dressed and ready (they take so long! haha jk) it was like dinner time so we all went to the birch. The salad was good. :)

So then me and greg decided we were gonna go to paramus park mall, jeff didn't feel like going cuz he had no money and watching me shop is not really one of his hobby's so he stayed back. This was the first time i went to paramus park and it was pretty cool. after searching thru all the stores i finally found a good, reasonably priced bag at old navy. It's really cool and it fits my book perfectly :) so i'm glad i got to do that...and then greg and i spent like an hour in suncoast trying to pick out good movies for the 2 for 20 deal. I just ended getting jim bruer- hardcore cuz i remember always wanting it and thinking it was really funny. It turned out to be ok. i think i remember a lot from it so it wasn't as fresh to me, but it was still funny. There was also this weird kid there that really reminded me of mike cuz he was talking to us about trying to throw a video in the space it went to or something...lol i can't explain it but it was really funny, this kid was so weird.

So after the mall (and the cinnobuns that were really good!) we went back to Greg's house. We basically took a long time trying to fill up his CD case with good CD's to take back to the po and that i could burn :) After that we headed back to home sweet po.
buuuut greg and his crazy driving got us pulled over. haha jk...well about the crazy driving. He was really just pulled over for a headlight being out, but it was still scary cuz he basically made it really obvious that he was gonna pull us over cuz he backed into a street and then came out right after us. so yes we were a little scared but it went over fine.

Back at the po it turned out that everyone had been drinking all nite. I'm now listening to a convo between amy and dana...neither one of them remembers much. I just slept in jeff's room last night, basically in the clothes i wore yesterday cuz i didn't want to go in my room cuz i didn't know what was going on in there if u know what i mean. i think i couldv'e tho now, but oh well it's not a big deal to me.

I stayed up until 6 in the morn cuz after talking w/ greg and listening to music and talking with jeff, jeff decided to play that age of empires game again so greg and i just watched some episodes of friends on DVD and then an episode of undergrads and some family guy. Finally jeff came back from 304 and we all went to bed. I woke up around i dunno...3:30? now i'm still waiting for that shower.

So yesterday i didn't have any classes. Instead of doing anything really productive, i played video games w/ greg and we just listened to a lot of music. Greg and i played mario golf which i totally suck at but it's still fun, and then we played the homerun showdown (which i beat him at! lol wow) and we played a game of baseball which i lost at but i showed some potential in still.

I ate dinner which was good, the chicken sandwich combo w/ fries and a pepsi :) yum. Then i came back to 301 and watched the rest of How to lose a guy in 10 days with dana, nicole and then sammy, jill and steve were there too. I love that movie. Then i went back over to 305 and we went to late nite....jeff ate a lot of bread again, and like 3 bananas...craziness...

The rest of the nite greg and i listened to music and he burned a lot of my CD's while jeff, andy and some of 304 played that age of empires game again. Then once again 301 was attacked, this time by pat and rob with stink bombs. I was gonna throw up they smelled so bad. Theb pat took my keys and got into our suite and set another one off. i tackled his ass tho. he lied to me and said he just wanted to talk w/ dana and nicole but they wouldn't let him. I thought he was telling the truth tho! ohhh well.

Then me, jeff and greg just chatted the rest of the nite till like 5 when we finally went to bed. Soon hopefully the mall!

So yesterday was weird....

After my first time of having three classes in one day...(btw writing for the media seems like a good class too...it's so small tho i think like 17 ppl in all) i was just chillen in 305 honing my mario golf skills. I played that until our floor meeting of absolute mahem at 9:30...then we came back and i don't know...i think the boys were playing that age of empires (2!) game while me, greg, josh and nick played halo and then that home run showdown thing. It was fun, and i rocked at the homerun showdown...until i totally lost my timing and sucked more than greg kohr does on other guys dicks. (lol, you see, i'm trying to earn an "A" in Greg Kohr's class of corruption 101)

Then the big toilet papering. Yes, i admit i pretty much let it happen, but i mean, i wasn't the only one who let it happen. And plus it was pretty funny. If you'd like to see pics of it, you can go to either me or ryan's picture pages, we have it all.

So then i finally went to bed...i was so tired so i pretty much crashed easily.
Woke up today for no class...yay for no class on fridays ever. 4 day weeks rock. haha...i really am gonna enjoy that.

I haven't done much today. I checked my mail and got a letter from my mommy. I found out that i got a christmas present from springmaid...(for only working there a month) I hear it's some throw blanket of some sort. Thats cool tho. Now i just made some hot chocolate (which was soooo gooood! I even made greg some he enjoyed it too haha) and am listening to Mae's destination: beautiful it's really good, as i knew it would be. ok well i think some food getting will be occuring soon. caaan't wait! hopefully tonight will be a little saner than last night. later days!

speaking of janet jackson that's what we talked about today in fund. of mass media. We watched the super bowl commercials too. this class will be awesome. Also Amy and Tiger are in my class so it should be good fun. I think we do a group project too.

Let me go back tho to where i left off yesterday....i know i went over to 305 cuz i was bored and thought maybe something of interest would be going on there and jeff would be getting back from class soon. The only thing going on tho was video games...i played mario golf w/ bix and eventually greg. Yes i suck at it, but i really think if i played it more i would be good at it, it was fun even tho greg decided to hide my key on me and mocked me for sucking at the game...haha

i hope i'm not a doormat. sometimes i think i am. rah. w/e.

anyway i do believe i ate dinner (where the chicken was rocking!) then came back to 305 and watched robin william live on broadway w/ greg K. Then American Idol was on which i watched w/ greg s, jeff and josh. It was good stuff. the migit is gone and so is the guy who thought simon was like in love w/ him. then greg and i played rummikub. he is good at it, learning it well. :) then i think it was late night and when we came back i pretty much passed out cuz i was so tired from the night before.

So now i'm just in between classes...i have writing for the mass media at 3:30 so i'm just gonna head over to 305 and then hopefully stop at the bookstore so i can get another notebook and some folders. till later.

the day part one

ok i'm bored kinda so i guess i'm gonna update about yesterday (tues) and today (wed).

I got up yesterday for dawsons creek. Tomorrow is the season finale on TBS for all of you that would like to see it. Umm then i had class at two so i ate lunch w/ jeff before and then me and greg headed off to social issues. So many ppl in that class. Me, greg, mark, anton, jonny kim, Kim, this girl addy from 306 too. The prof is cool too. She had us get up and take part in this opinion thing. i dunno i found it fun. i like those opinion classes (sometimes) so it should be exciting. Also we are gonna watch American History X which is an AWESOME movie so that already scores points with me.

After class, Greg drove me, josh and pat to best buy. I got Brand New's Deja entendu and Mae's Destination: Beautiful. i was gonna wait on mae but then i saw it and lol the cover is so pretty looking i just had to have the real thing. lol also the songs are great of course but the cd is nice looking. oh well. Everyone else and their mom's got Incubus' new CD. I like incubus but i never got their albums before. maybe after listening to gregs copy i'll get it...hmm i am not sure yet tho. i also wanted to get this new edition of Almost famous on DVD but it was 30 bucks and i didn't want to spend the money. So then we went to comp usa. thats not important tho cuz nothing really happened there. i think we did something for todd but i don't know.

Then we came back here for dinner which was ok. mozz sticks. yum.

the rain sucks and made my hair frizzy and wavy yesterday. i apologize for that.

last night was fun tho. the ping pong. the infamous lil jim lap dance. dying in halo like the old dayz. oh yeah american idol (or should i say alan idol?) was funny...real world was also good. i only got to see half of one tree hill. i'll make up for that on sunday.

I didn't go to bed till like 4 last night all cuz of AMY! haha jk we went searching online for william hungs audition on american idol (remember my homage to the hong kongian guy who sang "she bangs?" yeah thats him.) Another exciting day in the world of ramapo...

I ate lunch w/ jeff, greg and bix then we (minus bix) got our books. lemme take this moment to A) be jealous of jeff for ordering his books on line and also selling a book back for 40 bucks.... and B) not laugh, but a good chuckle at greg for having to get like 9 books for i think 3 classes. I got my books and although everyone thinks that $187 is cheap remember you're talking to someone who is trying to save up to buy a car in the summer. so...w/e. i need all the monies i can get.

So then i just kinda chilled in my room w/ amy for a while. Her friend miller came over and we laughed like 5th graders at the gross and stupid pics in my criticizing photo's book. it's almost as bad as the naked babies book....

I ate dinner around 6ish w/ a big gang and then went to class at 6:30. woo hoo my first class of the day! it was rather boring...i don't know anyone and i can't tell if the kid sitting next to me is a dork, a punk, or just something totally different. He didn't talk tho, but no one really talked either way so it's not a big deal.

After class i came back to the dorm for a goood nite of TV. Greg S, Josh and me watched american idol and my big fat obnoxious fiance and ate chocolate (while jeff, greg and bix went to the gym...crazy ppl! haha) The shows were great, MBFOF was really funny! Then we watched the inferno where soome crraaaaazy ish went down.

Now there's a big party goin on. ohhh po fun fun

Well sunday was a lot of fun. Moving in was annoying cuz it took forever, but once that was done everyone was conversing at once.

Jeff and i helped greg s. move in and then we went to dinner with him. The pizza was good once again cuz i haven't had it in a while. but that was about it. We watched the game at dinner for a little while...mostly the weird old man that kept going up to the tv and trying to fix it but doing nothing really...he was freaking us out haha

then we went back to 305 and watched the game with everyone...and i mean everyone! haha mostly boys but there were a lot of ppl cramped into 305 for a while...some funny things were said lol...greg politely asked me to bake him a cherry pie....haha CHERRY PIE!!!!! feisty. That was after he said for me to bake him a sweater...however you do that. A lot more was said...i can't remember everything tho but i do know that my cheeks were hurting cuz of laughing so much. ahhh it's good to be back.

After the game i kinda just lingered around...talking to ppl in my suite and in 305. After bixler ummm..."relaxed" i had a burn out with him on IM and then we played rummikub. i won first then he won. don't ask me how he won in his state of mind but he did.

Our new suitemate has not arrived yet. And this is kinda scary...i mean it's monday afternoon and she still isn't here....what kind of impression is that? i don't know but her name is Vivian which is kinda funny cuz i when did vivian become such a popular name? hehe

Mine and Amy's room is sweeeet. We have a HUGE tv and she brought a dvd player too. and now we have a rug so we don't trip over the cable wire anymore haha, and tonite we are watching American idol...the season is gonna be so much fun cuz we're actual fans of the show so it's gonna be like a religious watching of it...tonight i'm gonna have ro run back from class cuz it starts at 8 and i get out of class at 7:45 =:-0

Today amy had class at 8 or something so the alarm went off really early and scared me cuz i thought it was for me. It's such a good feeling to know the alarm isn't for you. haha she hates me tho for not having to get up early. When she came back tho we watched dawson's creek and then i took a shower and ate lunch w/ jeff, greg and bixler. Then jeff greg and i went and got our books. so far i've spent 187...i didn't get one other book but ratemyprofessors.com told me that you don't really need the book...so i'm waiting on it. they had a lot of them so i'm not too worried about it.

So all in all it's good to be back at school. It's good seeing my JEFFY POP everyday once again and to be back w/ all the gang. life is gooood!
